Ms. Deloras Jones is the founder and executive director of CINHC. Previously, she was the chief nursing executive for the California Division of Kaiser Permanente. Active on both statewide and national nursing issues, she is a board member of California Institute for Health System Performance, and the founding chair of California Nursing Outcomes Coalition Database Project. Ms. Jones is a past president of the Association of California Nurse Leaders and served on the American Organization of Nurse Executives board. She holds a Master’s in Nursing Science from the University of California, SF, and earned her nursing degree at Kaiser Foundation School of Nursing.
