We are excited to announce our keynote speaker, Dr. Rancelle Ablan. 

Dr. Rancelle Ablan is a Member of Alpha Gamma Chapter, STTI . Associate Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) at Stanford Health Care. On the Finance Committee with STTI’s Alpha Alpha Lambda at Stanford Secretary for the Philippine Nurses’ Association of Northern California-Stanford  Health Care Subchapter. Member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He received BSN, MSN, and DNP from The Valley Foundation School of Nursing at San Jose State University.
