Spring Induction Ceremony

Greetings all Sigma Theta Tau Members! 

On behalf of the Board of Directors, I want to thank you for your continued support of 

the Alpha Gamma Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau. It is members like you that serve as role models 

to those who are new nursing graduates. It is with great honor that we invite you to attend the 

Spring 2012 Induction Ceremony. 

The event will be held on Thursday April 12, 2012 from 6 pm to 8 pm 

at Quinlan Community Center, 10185 N. Stelling Rd, Cupertino, 

CA, 95014. Free parking is located in front and back of the Center. 

If you plan to attend, please respond on the form below with your name and return this 

form to Diane Gerrity by no later than March 15, 2012. Dinner is $50 and checks should be 

made out to Alpha Gamma, STTI, and mailed to:
